Corporate Circles

corporatecirclesCorporate Circles are for any organization, such as a business, a board of directors or an association where traditional ways of communication and problem solving has come to a halt, or at best limping along. The circle process offers a non-hierarchical space where everyone has an equal voice and the ability to discuss challenges to make way for the job, task or actions required of the group to accomplish.

 Circle Process:
  1. Intake – a phone conversation to determine needs.
  2. Circle meeting:
    • Introductions
    • Consensus activity
    • Establish values
    • Establish guidelines
    • Rounds
      • Check in
      • Discussion of the issue(s)
      • Discussion of how to resolve the issue(s)
      • Agreement through consensus
      • Closing

Typical time commitment for one circle is 3 hours. Depending on the size of the group and the needs the circle may meet more than once however staying in the process until completion has proven to offer the best results.
